Hello Everyone,
I would like to share this article coming from another events company to answer those frequently asked questions by starter artists in the industry.
This is also written in Filipino to make it understandable in case some are really having a hard time comprehending business letters and such.
I will also be lining up something to help out makeup artist with their pricing, booking policy, consultation practices and trial-run makeup.
More often than not when we (suppliers) encounter a very difficult client, (its like those joy reservers or bogus buyer on buying sites) I just need to get the exact term for them,
it also ends up as the suppliers fault, the supplier takes all the blame and the list could just go on. But do not worry ladies, this only happens 1 out 100, but surely as years goes by in your practiced profession you will surely meet one.
As some colleagues in the industry would say, you will never be a full pledged supplier in your chosen field if you haven't encountered one.
(i have a story to share after 4 years then... )
Anyway, here's the article, too much yakitiyak from me :-)

Here's some more meaning from Urban Dictionary:
"PENCIL BOOK ME / I'LL PENCIL YOU IN"
This is what a person says when he is making a tentative appointment.
"I'll Pencil" (because the appointment can be erased) "you in" (to my schedule book).
"I'll Pencil" (because the appointment can be erased) "you in" (to my schedule book).
When somebody wants to schedule something with you, but you don't want to use a pen to finalize it in your calendar because that person is a loser. If something better comes along -- you can erase it.
A nice way to say "fuck off...im not interested"
Girl: Want to go out friday night? I'll bring pictures of my horse!
Guy: ...Um....I'll Pencil You In.
