To achieve a natural flawless look on your wedding day, accentuate your features without going overboard with soft, delicate neutrals

I would use the Radiant Kiss and True Sand for that natural glow. Sweeping on Estee Lauder's feather light blush but gives full color on the cheek without that slap-like blush color.

Hello everyone, I am thrilled to announce that my makeup workshops are going to start in September.

After more than 2 months of preparation for the new level of makeup teaching, up training outside Manila, learning new techniques, staying up-to-date in trends and beauty how to’s abroad, applying and mastering what I’ve learned in my recent shoots and makeup job and re-drafting my course syllabus, I’m finally excited to share it to everyone interested.

LOCATION is still in my own Makeup Studio at Somerset Olympia Makati Avenue, Makati City (Somerset Olympia is right beside Manila Peninsula)

(**Note: Studio is open on per appointment basis only)

Understanding cosmetics best for you and cosmetics marketing. Learning how to master not just one but 5 natural makeup modules, transitioning your look to evening makeup, skincare steps guide, shaping your natural brows, creating makeup look fit and divided into 2 seasons / holidays. Contour and highlight needs of your facial shape. Gain extraordinary value. Learn to discern between the quality products and the not-so-great ones.

Inclusive: Color Artistry Personal class card (new), Personal Brush Set, a personally designed lesson plan and beauty regimen for you (emailed after a week, since I will create a look book recommendation for you), makeup items / palettes from sponsors*

BASIC MAKEUP ARTISTRY – is a good jumpstart if you eye on working behind the camera. Educating yourself and understanding how to cater every skin care need, working on different face and eye shapes, understanding the nose features, perfecting the eyebrows fitted on different facial shapes and eyes. Complete module of natural makeup, glamour makeup, red carpet makeup, photographic and beauty makeup and finding its balance. This includes doing makeup for men, adult makeup, kids and babies when the nature of the job calls for it.

ADVANCE MAKEUP ARTISTRY and HAIRSTYLING – Basic Makeup Artistry (BMA) module is included in AMUH course. In addition, intensive red carpet module, intensive TV and Photography Makeup module, Makeup for every age from kids to teens, to 20’s 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60 year old makeup. Working on different colored makeup look, editorial makeup and bridal makeup are sure a must. Learning how to master 3D over 5D makeups. Hairstyling session includes, proper way of sectioning, clipping, blow drying, taking care of the client’s hair, working with pin setting, pin curling, working with different coiffeur. This is best if you want to jumpstart a career as a full pledge hair and makeup artist.

Inclusive: BMA and AMUH comes with Color Artistry Personal class card (BMA has 6 check box while AMUH has 10 check box), a Starter Brush Set, makeup items / palettes from sponsors*, Certificate from the Glam Philippines (Color Artistry Center**) BMA and AMUH requires on-the-set training before certification.

AIRBRUSH and BODY ART – Getting adept in high definition makeup techniques with the use of airbrush by knowing the entirety of the product, the usage, the pro’s and the con’s.

Learning to work with different type of airbrush gun and compressors in the market, understand and controlling PSI fitted for every facial or body features including airbrush distribution pulse application, assembling and disassembling your gun, cleaning and taking care of your gun parts including replacements and troubleshooting it. 

Working in full airbrush makeup stroke, from face, to blush, doing the eyes, air brows lips and your stencils.

Inclusive: Airbrush and Body Art (ABA) course provides hands on application and practice using different systems available in the studio. So student may learn airbrushing before investing on the right system that will work for him/her, or if a student have one already, it is advisable to bring them in order to maximize and discover its usability. Airbrush training materials are free to use.

HOW TO ACHIEVE the NATURAL SOFT TONES and NUDE LIPS

The makeup look, still belongs under the category of the natural makeup (click here) but we are going to play with the peaches tone and nude lips this time

in order to achieve that youth, vibrant, natural glow following the beauty trends as well.

1. Your Tinted moisturizer is still your bestfriend to shy away from that heavy makeup "founds" look and feeling.

2. As long as you do the brows neatly and naturally, try some peachy orangey matte eyeshadow across your entire lids. 

Then following my favorite natural trick in opening up the eyes, 

use a dark brown eyeliner only covering half of the upper waterline going outward.

Leave the lower waterline, do not do anything on it.

3. Use a PEACHY tone of blush, give your cheeks 4-5 sweeps on it. Blend it well.

How To's : Achieving Your Natural Look

How to achieve that "Natural Look" that will flatter your own 

skin color, skin type, facial shape

We all wished that we would say "actually i woke up already looking like this!"

I dont have the perfect skin as well 
so let me give you some tip of getting that "barely there" look.

Simplify, less is more, stick to the essentials are your keywords in achieving this look.

 Focus on the 4 focal points only and work on it. 

Focal Points for this trick:

Skin

Eyes

Cheeks

Lips

1. SKIN - Apply a light foundation or better get a tinted moisturizer or a BB Cream instead;  working on the T-Zone only and blend.

Apply concealer only if needed to areas of the face that needs covering such as around your eyes, spot blemishes, creases of nose. Skip this step if not applicable.

(for me i needed them on my cheeks, nose crease and under my lip since i got blemishes there on that day (really bad skin).

2. EYES - Once the "skin concealing and finishing" is done go for a natural eye look, 
try a cream type of eyeshadow instead of the regular powder one. 
Swipe it over the entire lids.

Then try adding a brown eyeliner for a natural effect too, 
apply only on the top lashes and do half of your eye only starting at the middle moving outward of the eye corner to achieve that fresh looking effect. 
Then have 2 swipes of mascara only.

3. CHEEKS - You have to remember the cheek blusher I used maybe different from the cheek blusher you should be using, this is because our skintone varies. 
This applies to the bronzers as well. 
All you have to remember is apply 2 swipes only on the apples of the cheeks before you blend them for a natural flushy effect.

Apply bronzer to where the sun would hit mostly. Temples, cheekbone and even jawline, you just have to make sure it's blended well in.'
