Herbal Teas or extracts are made by infusion of such herbs in water and then brewing or simply boiling them till the required concentration is achieved. The packed herbs by nature has many healing properties, and some of herbs are really beneficial in relaxing mind and body if ingested.

My TEA – pick for the day is CHAMOMILE TEA, as it is known for its inducing feeling of relaxation when taken internally because of the presence of amino acid L-theanine which has a sedative effect on body. It promoted relaxation by producing alpha brain waves that features body’s – relaxed state.
