Product Haul: Shu Uemura Bridal Palette

My new Shu Uemura haul is actually called Shu Uemura: The Art of Travel
but having known that I am mostly into the wedding scene lately
I call this Shu Uemura: Bridal Palette

Upon seeing its color and pigment, its without a doubt the choice of color
was perfectly-fabulously made for Asian Bride - either daytime wedding or afternoon.

I've read about a few article about this palette
and some didn't like it because of its applicator
or the two cream type liner shadows and the lightest shade as it is too glittery light.

I guess its about knowing the product and learning how to manipulate it.
As I always tell my makeup students that they need to have a good relationship with their product whether it is high end, mid end or low end, it doesn't really matter as long as you master your brand and your product and tools - its without a flaw but perfect!

The photo was taken upon purchase and Ive tried it a few times already to see it for myself and I rate it 5 stars. I have my own brush set used at work, so of course every time I have cosmetics bought or to try I used mine and not the one that comes with it.
And it works for me.
My advised to fellow makeup artist is to; not depend on applicators that comes with it, you all know that its only your very last remedy like when you're in transit or super quick touch up, still use your brush set for a perfect, even and without hassle result.

4 eye shadows that you can combine and create a look.
2 cream type that you can line up or give a glow
and your matte peach blush perfect for any bride.

Most of my makeup artist colleagues know that I am most meticulous with regards to casing.
No matter how expensive or cheap a makeup could be priced
if i don't like how it was presented
then you wont see me try, check, swatch, investigate
and at the end - pay up for it at the cashier.

I love hard casing cosmetics.
I have tons of them.
And this is another addition to my collection.

Essential colors for the eyes and cheek in one sleek, good-to-go, glossy black mirrored compact wearable for any occasion and perfect for retouch or second look (meaning you don't have to set up again your entire trolley case at the reception after the wedding)

The palette incorporates a mix of 4 pressed eye shadows, 2 cream one, from soft pink to edgy sparkling black, taking you from day to evening with ease.

The matte peach / "corally" hue blush is a perfect hint of glow that adds the natural warmth to the Asian bride complexion.
Did you know that this palette is only available in Asia as this is specifically concocted for Asian skin.

Its a travel palette that is luxurious, sophisticated and versatile makeup for those on the go as it is a portable eye and cheek kit fit into your bag for any travel.

Share your thoughts about this one.
Would love to have a nice good chat with anyone.

Mitch Camaclang, your makeup artist :-)
